RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO APPROVING
COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT RM-7 BY AND BETWEEN THE CALIFORNIA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto is undertaking certain
improvements to that certain grade crossing at Churchill Avenue
near Alma Streetr and
WHEREAS, the State of California, acting
Department of Transportation has available
rehabi 1 i tat ion of at-grade crossings and
improvements1
by and through its
certain funds for
certain up-grade
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
hereby RESOLVE as follows:
The execution of •cooperative Agreement RM-7 California
Department of Transportation and City of Palo Alto agreement for
the purpose of transf ~rring funds for construction of improvements
to the Peninsula Commute Service at grade crossing of Churchill
Avenue• by the City Manager is hereby ratified and approved, and
he is hereby authorized to have executed said agreement by and on
behalf of the City of Palo Alto.
