RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO
ALTO AMENDING THE COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CLASSI-
FIED PERSONNEL (SEIU} AIX>PTED BY RESOLUTION NO.
6610 AS AMENDED BY RESOLUTION NOS. 6624* 6641
6685 AND 6726
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Arti-
cle III of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Compensation
Plan adopted by Resolution No. 6610 as amended by Resolution Nos.
6624, 6641, 6685 and 6726 hereby is amended to add two new
classifications.
SECTION 2. The Compensat\on Plan as adopted by Resolution
No. 6610 hereby is amended as set forth in Exhibit •A• attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 3. Except as amended herein, all of the terms and
provisions of Resolution No. 6610, as amended by Resolution Nos.
6624, 6641, 6685 and 6726 shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 4. The Council finds that this is not a project
under the California Environmental Quality Act and, therefore, no
environmental impact assessment is necessary.
