RESOLUTION NO. 6727
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING FEES FOR THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE
WHERE~S, in accordance with the provisions of Section
1.08.110 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code, thP council has
considered fees for the City of Palo Alto Municipal Golf Course;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. The Council hereby approves the fees for the City
of Palo Alto Municipal Golf Course which are set forth in Exhibit
QA• attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The
City Manager is directed to cause implementation of such fees.
SECTION 2. The Council finds that tne adoption of this
resolution is not a project under the California Environmental
Quality Act and, therefore, no environmental impact assessment. is
necessary.
