RESOLUnON OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO
ALTO AMENDING THE COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CLASSI-
FIP.O PERSONNEL (SEIU) ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION NO.
6610 AS AMENDED BY RESOLUTION NOS. 6624, 6641

The Council of the City of Palo Alco does RESOLVE as
follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the pr>visions of Section 12 of Arti-
cle III of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Compensation
Plan adopted by Resolution No. 6610 as amended by Resolution Nos.
6624, 6641 and 6685 hereby is amended as a result of the adoption
of the 1988-89 budget.
SECTION 2. The Compensation Plan as adopted by Resolution
No. 6llo hereby is amended as set forth in Exhibit §A• attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 3. Except as amended herein, all of the terms and
provisions of ResoluLion No. 6610, as amended by Resolution Nos.
6624, 6641 and 6685 shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 4. The Council finds that this is not a project
under the California EnviroDlilental Quality Act and, therefore, no
environmental impact assessment is necessary.
