RESOLUTION NO. 6725
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO
ALTO AMENDING THE COMPENSATION PLAN FOR MANAGE-
MENT PERSONNEL AND COUNCIL-APPOINTED OFFICERS
ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 6554 AS AMENDED BY
RESOLUTION NOS. 6623, 6635 AND 6645
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as
follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Arti-
cle III of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Compensation
Plan adopted by Resolution No. 6554 as amended by Resclution Nos.
6623, 6635 and 6645 hereby is amended as a result of the adoption
of the 1988-89 budget.
SECTION 2. The Compensation Plan as adopted by Resolution
No. 6554 hereby is amended as set forth in Exhibit •A• attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 3. Except as amended herein, all of the terms and
provisions of Resolution No. 6554 as amended by Resolution Nos.
6623, 6635 and 6645 shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 4. The Council f-i.nds that this is not a project
under the California Environmental Quality Act and, therefore, no
environmental impact assessment is necessary.
