EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO CHRISTOPHER P. SAARI
FOR OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE AS A MEMBER OF
ORIGINAL
THE AO HOC COtllJITTEE ON SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE ZONING AND DESIGN
WHEREAS, Christopher P. Saar; has served the City of Palo Alto as a
member of the Ad Hoc COftll'littee on Single-Family Residence Zoning and Design
from July 20, 1987 to April 4, 1988;
WHEREAS. Christopher P. Saari has been an active member of the nR-1
Ad Hoc• CORaittee by serving throughout its durat;on as a most enthusiast;c
and diligent Chairman;
WHEREAS, Christopher P. Saari has unselfishly contributed his
knowledge of single-family remodeling issues, shared his optimism regarding
the future of Palo Alto's single-family neighborhoods~ elicited significant
contributions frDM his fellow tomaittee Members, and offered his time and
skills as primary author of the C01aittee's report;
WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto wishes to acknowledge and tha11k
Christopher P. Saari for his personal coa1itment to the connunity and interest
in the single-flllily neighborhoods and for his personal efforts and
substantial dedication as a llellber of this C011mittee; and
NO#, THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the Council of the City of
Palo Alto hereby gratefully records and extends its sincere appreciation and
the appreciation of the cCMmllnity to Christopher P. Saari for his faithful and
excellent service rendered to the City.
