A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF ntE CITY OF PALO AL TO
CONFIRMING ENGINEER'S REPORT AND ASSESSMENT ROLL
UNIVERSITY AVENUE LOT J PARKING GARAGE PROJECT NO. 82-33
For Fiscal Year 1988-89
THE COUNCIL OF THE CfTY OF PALO ALTO DOES RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1: After proeeedings to that end duly had and taken pursuant to the Palo
Atto Municipal Code. a pubftc hearing has been duly held on the Engineer's Report and
assessment roY prep&red for the above fiscal year to pay the principal and Interest on
bonds issued pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 6257. adopted by the Council of the
City of Palo Alto on May 21. 1984;
Section 2: This Council has heard all persons having an lnt«eSt in any real
property within the parking assessment district; has heard an objections, protests, or
other written oommunication8 from any persons interested in the reat property within &aid
district; has taken and received oral and documentary evidence pertaining to the matters
contained In aald report; haS remedied and corr~ed any errors or lnformallties In the
report and revised. and corrected any of the acts or determinations of the various City
officials as cosstalned therein. and 18 fuly informed in the premlses;
Section 3: That said Engineer's -Report and messment rolf, and each of the
aeeessments therein as duly reriaed and .oorrectad. la hereby approved and confanned.
Sectior1 4: That said report together with the certlflcate of the City Clerk as to the
fact and date of approval by this CouncH, 8hal forthwith be delivered to the County of
Santa Clara, and the proper County officer shall cauae to be posted to the tax rolls, in
the column provided therefor the amount of each of the assessments proposed to be
levied and collected for said ftSCal year as set forth tn said report as confirmed .

The foregoing Resolutton was duly and regularly adopted at a regular meeting of
the Council of the City of Palo Alto held on the 13th day of June, 1988, by the following
vote:
AYES: Bechtel, Ccbb, Fletcher, Klein, Patitucci. Renzel, Sutorius,
Woolley
NOES: None
ABSTENTIONS: None
ABSENT: Levy
