This vacation is made under the authority of california Streets and H1g~­ ways Code Chapter 4 of Part 3 of Division 9 of california Code coR11lencing at §8330 et seq. SECTION 2. The puDlic service easement to be vacated is more particularly described in Exhibit ,,.A,,. as shown in Exh1bft 11 811 , which Exhioits are attached hereto and incorporated herein. SECTION 3. The Council finds that the project is categorically exempt from the requ1rements of the California Environmental Quality Act and no environmental impact assessment is necessary. SECTION 4. The City Clerk, acting througt1 the Manager, Real Property, shall cause a certifit~d copy of this resolution, attested by the City Clerk under seal, to be recorded in the office of the county Recorder of Santa Clara.
