RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE COMPENSATION PLAN FOR MANAGEMENT
P~RSONNEL AND COUNCIL-APPOINTED OFFICERS ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION
NO. 6554 TO ADD THREE NEW CLASSIFICATIONS AND REFLECT
CHANGES IN TITLES OF EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as
follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions cf Section 12 of
Article III of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the
Compensation Plan adopted by Resolution No. 6554 hereby is amended
as a result of the adoption of the 1987-88 budget.
SECTION 2. The Compensation Plan as adopted by Resolution
No. 6554 hereby is amended as set forth in Exhibit •A• attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 3. Except as amended her~in, all of the terms and
provisions of Resolution No. 6554 shall remain in full force and
effect.
SECTION 4. The Council {inds that this is not a project
under tne Califor~ia Environmental Quality Act and, theretore, no
environmental impact assessment is necessary.
