A FESOi.UTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CllY OF PALO ALTO
CONFIRMING ENGINEER•s REPORT AND ASSESSMENT ROLL
CALIFORNIA AVENUE PARKING GARAGE PROJECT NO. 65-09
For Ascal Year 1987-M
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO DOES RESOLVE as f..;Hows:
Section 1: After proceedings to that end duly had and taken pursuant to the Palv
Alto M!!nicipal Code, a public hearing has been duly held on the Engineer's Report and
assessment roll prepared for the ~bove fiscal year to pay the principal and interest on
bonds issued pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3950. adopted by the Council of the
City Of Paio Alto on January 3, 1967;
Section ~= This Council has heard all persons having an interest in any real
property within the parkirrg assessment districi; has heard alt objections. pr~ or other
written communicaions from ~y persons interested in the reat property wilhin said
district. has taken and receMMS oral and documentary evidence pertaining to the matters
contained in said report has remedied and corrected any errors or infonnalities in the
report and revised and corrected any of the acts or determinations of the various City
officials as contained therein. and is fulty informed in lhe premises;
~: T!'aat said Engineer's Report and assessment roll. and each of 1he
assessments therein as duly revised and corrected, is hereby approved ar.d confirmed.
Section 4;, That said report together with the oortificate of 1he City Clerk as to the
fact and date of approval by this Council. shaH forthwith be cteav.:ared to the County d
Santa Clara. and the proper County ofticer shaH ~use to be posted to 1he tax roMs, In the

column provided therefor the arrtount of each of the assessments proposed to be levied
and coHected for said fiscal year as set forth in said report as confirmed.
