A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO AL TO
CONARMING ENG~NEER'S REPORT AND ASSESSMENT ROLL
UNIVERSfTY AVENUE LOT J PARKING GARAGE PROJECT NO. 82-33
For FISCll Year 1987-88
THE COUNCIL OF TME CITV OF PALO ALTO DOES PESOLVE as follows:
secuqn 1 : After proceedings to the.t end duly had and taken pursuant to the Palo
Alto Municipal Code, a public hearing ~18::. been duly held on the Engineer's Report and
assessment roH prepared for the above fiscal year to pay the principal and interest on
bonds issued pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 6257, adopted by the Council of the
City of Palo Alto on ~1ay 21, 1984;
Section 2: This Council has heard all persons having an interest in any real
property within the parking assessment district has heard all objections. protests or other
written communications from any persons interested in the real prooerty within said
district. has taken and rec&ived oral and documentary evidence pertaining to the matters
contained in said report has remedied an1 corrected any errors or informalities in the
report and revisb'd and corrected any of the acts or ~terminations of the various City
officials as contained therein. and is fully informed in ttie premises;
Secti?o 3: That said Enginaer's Report and assessment roll, and each of the
assessments therein as duly revised and corrected. is hereby approved and confirmed.
Section 4;. That said report together with the certificate of the City Clerk as to the
fact and date of approval by this Council. shaH forthwith be detivered tc the County of
Santa Clara. and the proper County officer shall cause to be posted to the tax rolls, in the

column provided therefor the amount of each of the assessments proposed to be levied
and collectec:: for said fisc 11 year as set forth in said report as confirmed.
The foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted at a regular meeting of
the Council of the City of Palo Alto held on the 8th day of June, 1987, by the following vote:
AYES: Bechtel, Cobb, Fletcher, Klein, Levy~ Patitucci, Renzel,
Sutorius, Woolley
