A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CllY OF PALO AL TO
CONARMING ENGINEER'S REPORT AND ASSESSMENT ROLL

UNIVERSITY AVENUE AREA OFF-STREET PARKING PROJECT NO. 75-63
For Fiscal Year 198'7 =88
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO DOES RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1 : After proceedings to that end duly had and taken pursuant to the Palo
Alto Municipal Code, a public nearing has been duly held on the Engineer's Report and
assessment roU prepared for the above fiscal year to pay the principal and interest on
bonds issued pursuant to Reso!ution of Intention No. 5242, adopted by the Council of the
City of Palo Alto on August 9, 1976;
Section 2: This Council has l'leard all persons having an interest in any real
property w!thin the parking assessment district: has heard all objecti(\ns. protests or other
written communications from any persons interested in the real property within said
district; has taken and received oral and documentary evid9nCe pertaining to the matters
contained in said report has remedied and corrected any errcrs or informalities in the
report and revised and corrected any of the acts or oeterminations of the various City
officials as contained therein. and is fully informed in the premises;
Section 3: That said Engineer's Report and assessm&nt roll, and each of the
assessments therein as duly revised and corrected. is hereby approved and confirmed.
~ Tilat said report together with the certificate of the Ciqt Cierk as to the
fact and date of apprc-;af by this Council, shall forthwith be delivered to the County of
Santa Clara. and the proper County officer shall cause to be posted to the tax rolls. in the

column pro~ided therefor the amount of each of the assessments proposed to be levied
and collected for said fiscal year as set forth in said report as confirmed.
The foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted at a regular meeting of
the Council of the City of Palo Alto held en the 8th day of June, 1987, by the following vote:
AYES: Bechtel, Cobb, Fletcher, Klein, Levy, Patitucci, Renzel,
Sutorius, Woolley
