A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE Cl1Y OF PALO AL TO
CONARMING ENGINEER'S REPORT AND ASSESSMENT ROLL
UNIVERSITY AVENUE CIVIC CENTER PARKING PROJECT NO. 66-08
For Fascal \'ear 1987-88
THE COlJNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO DOES RESOLVE as follows:
§ection 1 : After proceedings to that end duty had and taken pursuant to the Palo
Alto Municipal Code, a public hearing has been duly held on the Engineer's Report and
assessme~t roll prepared for lhe above fiscal year to pay the principal and interest on
bt.-r.ds issued pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3896. adopted ~Y the Council nf the
City of Palo AJto on June 13. 1966;
Section 2: This Council has heard au persons having an interest in any real
property within lhe parking assessment district l'as heard a.II objections. protests or other
written commooications fr~ :n any persons interested in the real property wtthin said
district; has taken and received oral and documentary evidence pertaining to the matters
contained in said report has remedied and corrected any errors '-"' informalities in the
report and revised and corrected any of &:le acts or determinations of the various C.fty
otticials as contained therein. and is fully informed in the ;vemises:

Section 3: That said Engineer's Report and assessment rofi, and each ot the
assessments therein as duly revised and corrected. is hereby approved and confirmed.
S§ction 4: That said report together with the certificate of the City Clerk as to the
to.ct and dale of approval by this Cooncif. shall forthwith be delivered t> the County of
Santa Clara. and 1'.e proper County officer shall cause to be posted to the tax rt>Us. in the

column provided therefor the · nount of each of the assessments proposed to be levied
and collected for said fiscal year as set forth in said report as confirmed.

The foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted at .l regular meeting of
the Council of the City of Palo Alto held on the 8th day of June, 1987. by the following vote:
AYES: Bechtel, Cobb, Fletcher, Klein, Levy, Patitucci, Renzel,
Sutorius, Woolley
