AMENDING THE PALO ALTO COMPREHENSIVE
PLAN BY AKEN~ING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR THE
PROPERTY KNOWN AS 2370 WATSON COURT FROM SERVICE
COMMERCIAL TO RESEARCH/OFFICE PARK
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a review and
on December 10, 1986, held a properly-noticed public hearing to
consider amendment of the Palo Aito Comprahensive Planr and
WHEREAS: the City Council of the City of Palo Alto on ~~~-
JaDuary 19 , 1987, held a properly-noticed public hearing t~
consider amendment to the Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION l. The Council finds that changed conditions and the
public intere~t, health, safety, and welfare require amendment to
the Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan as set forth in Se~tion 2
hereof.
SECTION 2. The Planning Coa11ission hereby amends the Palo
Alto Comprehensive Plan as followE:
Land Use Plan Map:
(a) Change the land use designation of the
property at 2370 Watson Court fr~• Service Commercial
to R~search/Office Park, as shown on the map attachsd
hereto as Exhibit •A• and incorporated herein by this
ref ererace.
SECTION 3. The Council hereby finds that the adoption of
this resolution will not cause any significant environmental
impact..
