RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL O~~,.......,.T~fi~E,.......,,C-I~T---Y OF PALO ALTO
TO SIGN AN APPL!CAT.ION UNDER NORTHERN CALIFORNIA POWER
AGENCY BILLING PROCEDURE
WB~REAS, the City of Palo Alto is a member of Northern California
Power Agency (NCPA) and has executed an Ir.ter~onnection Agreement
with ~he NCPA and Pacific Gas and Electric Company; and
WHEREAS, N~PA has asked Palo Aito to make application under its
bjlling procedure in order to implement the allocation of resources
necessary to meet binding forecasts under said Agreement1 and
NOW, TqEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does hereby
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. ~he Mayor is authorized to execute the •Application
Under Northern California Pow~r Agency Billing Procedure~.
