RATES AND CHARGES PERTAINING TO DOMESTIC, COMMERCIAL, ~USTQMgR-OWNED GENERATION AND STREET AND HIGHWAY ~I~J:tTIHG P..ATZS The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12,20.010 of the Palo Alto Municipal . Code, Schedules E-1 (Dom'-'stic Electric Service), F.-2 (Commercial Electric Service), E-:; ( Custo!l'.er-Owned Generation) and E-4 (Street and Highway Lighting) of the Palo Alto Utilities Rates and Charges hereby are amended to read as sho111n on Sheets E-1-1, E-2-1, E-2-2 I E-2-3, E-2-4, E-3-1, E-4-1, E-4-2, E-4-3, and E-4-4, respectively, attached hereto a.nd incorporated herein. SECTION 2. Thia Council finds that the revenue derived from the authorized adjustments of said electric rates by the City Manager shall be used only for the purposes set forth in the Palo Al to City Charter, Article VII, Section 2, entitled •public Utilities Revenue•. The adoption of this Resolution f.s, therefore, specifically exempted under Publ!.c Resources Code Section 21080(b)(8) from the requirements of CEQA. SECTION 3. The foregoing changes shall become effective October 1, 1986.
