RESOLUTION NO. 6546
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING AND ADOPTING A NEW NO PARKING ZONE ON SAN
ANTONIO ROAD
WHERfA~, there is a need to establish a new zone where park-
ing shall be prohibited at any time, in order to maint4in the
safe, orderly flow of traffic in the City of Palo Alto1 and
WHEREAS, Palo Alto Municipal Code section 10.44.010 enables
the City Council to establish by resolution such parking restric-
tions or prohibitions as may be necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE,· the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. The •no parking at any time• zone on the north
side of San Antonio Road from the northbound on-ramp to u.s. 101
to a point approximately two hundrec and sixty (260) feet east of
East Bayshore Frontage Road as identified in Exhibit A, attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby approved
and adopted.
SECTION 2. The Council of the City of Palo Alto finds that
this proJect 1s categorically exempt from the California Environ-
mental Quality Act under Class l and no f 11rther environmental
assessment is necessary.
