HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESO 6547• • ORIGINAL •••n• 6s41 RESILUTIOll AllTHOllZIM COIYfTAlltE If REAL PROPERTY TO TIE ,ALI ALTO fl08Sill6 COINIATIGI WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto on July 1, 1986 obtained title to Lot 16 772-774 TaliSllan Drive) of Tract No. 7757 (Fon11er Ross Road School Site) as satisfact;on of the subd1vider•s Below Market Rate Hous;ng Progran contribution; and WHEREAS, the Palo Alto Housing corporation, under Contract No. 4327 between the City of Palo Alto and the Palo Alto Housing Corporation, administers the Below Market Rate Housing progrmi on behalf of the City of Palo Alto; and WHEREAS, Planned Connunity zone change Ordinance No. 3693 for 772-774 Tal;sman Drive, adopted by the Council of the City of Palo ~lto on July 7, 1986 changed the zoning of Lot 16 of Tract No. 7757 from R-2 to PC to allow a below market rate duplex on the site; and WHEREAS. in adopting the Planned Cannunity zone change Ordinance for 772-774 Talisman Drive. the council of the C;ty of Palo Alto found that the constructio~ _ of said duplex would have no significant adverse effect on the environment; N<li THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows: The Council of the City of Palo Alto hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute the Grant Deed attached hereto as Exhibit 1, upon notice from the Building Inspection Division that the building permit for construction of the duplex is ready to be issued.
