RESOLUTION OF THB COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE PALO ALTO COMPREHENSIVE PLAN BY CHANG-
ING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE PROPERTY AT 657
ALMA STREET FROM REGIONAL/COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL TO
SERVICE COMMERCIAL
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a review and
on May 7, 1986, held a properly-noticed public hearing to consider
~mandments to the Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan~ and
WHEi{EAS, t.he City Council of the City of Palo Alto on May 12,
1986, held a properly-noticed public hearing to consider amendment
to the Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. The Council finds that changed conditions and the
public interest, health, safety, and welfare require an amendment
to the Palo Al to Comprehensive Plan as set forth in section 2
hereof.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby amends the Palo Al to Compre-
hensive Plan as follows:
Land Use Plan Map:
a. Change the land use designation of the property at
657 Alma Street from Regional/Community Commercial
to Service Commercial, as shClwn on a map attached
hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this
reference,
