RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE PALO ALTO COMPREHENSIVE PLAN BY CHANG-
ING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE PROPERTIES AT
215-239 HIGH STREET FROM REGIONAL/COMMUNITY COMMER-
CIAL TO MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a review and
on January 8, January 21, February 12, and F·ebruary 20, 1986, held
a properly-noticed public hearing to consider amendments to the
Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Palo Alto on April
21 and May 12, 1986, held a properly-noticed public hearing to
consider amendments to the Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. The Council finds that changed conditions and the
public interest, health, safety, and welfare require an amendment
to the Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan as set forth in section 2
hereof.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby amends the Palo Al to Compre-
hensive Plan as follows:
Land Use Plan Map:
a. Change the land use designation of the properties at
215-239 High Street from Regional/Community Commer-
cial to Multiple Family Residential, as shown on a
map attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated
herein by this reference.
