RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF ·rHE-..,,.c=-IT~Y-0,,_F_ PAL.0 ALTO
AMENDING SCHEDULE W-1 OF THE CITY O~
PALO ALTO UTILITIES RATES AND CHARGES
PERTAINING TO GENERAL WATER SERVICE
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12.20.010 of the Palo Alto Muni-
cipal Code, Schedule W-1 (General Water Service) of the Palo Al to
Utilities Rates and ..;barges is hereby amended to read as shown on
Sheet w-1-1, attached hereto and incorporated hereinJ
SECTION 2. This Council finds that the revenue derived from the
authorized adjustments of said rates by the City Manager shall be used
only for the purposes Sl!t forth in the Palo Alto City Charter, Article
VII, Section 2, entitled •Public Utilities Revenue•. The adoption of
this resolution, is, therefore, specifically exempted under Public
Resources Code Section 21080(b)(8) from the requirements of CEQA.
SECTION 3. The fot·egoing changes shall become effective July 1,
1986.
