RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THf ITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING FEES FOR 'l'HE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE
WHEREAS, in accordance with the prov1s1ons of Section 1.08.110 of
the Palo Al to Municipal Code, the Council has considered fees for the
City of Palo Alto Municipal Golf Course;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE
as follows:
SECTION 1e The Council hereby approves the fees for the City of
Palo Alto Municipal Golf Course which are set forth in Exhibit •A•
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The Cit.y Manager
is directed to cause implementation of such fees.
SECTION 2. The Council finds that the adoption of this resolution
is not a pro3ect under the California Environmental Quality Act and,
therefore, no environmental impact assessment is necessary.
