A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO Al TO
CONFIRMING ENGINEER'S REPORT ANO ASSESSMENT ROLL
UNIVERSITY AVENUE AREA OFF..sTREET PARKING
PROJECT NO. 75-83 FOR FISCAL YEAR 1Q86..87
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO DOES RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1 : After proceedings to that end duty had and taken pursuant to the Palo
Alto Municipal Code, a public hearing has been duty held on the Engineer's Report and
assessment roll prepared for the above fiscal year to pay the principal and interest on
bonds issued pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 5242, adopted by the Council of the
Ctty of Palo Alto on August 9, 1976;
Sectjon 2: This Council has heard alt persons having an interest in any real
property Within the parking assessment district has heard aH objections. protests or other
written communications from any persons interestsd in the real property within said
district has taken and received oral and documental)' evidence pertaining to the matters
contained in said report has remedied and corrected any errors Of informalities in the
report and revised and corrected any of th6 acts or determinations of the various Crty
officials as contained therein. and is fully informed in the premises;
Section 3: Th.at said Engineer's Report and assessment roll, and each of the
assessments therein as duly revised and correeled, is hereby approved and confirmed.
Section 4: That said report together with the eertificale of the City Clerk as to the
fact and date of approval by this Councll, shalt toohwith be deHvered to the County of
Santa Clara. and the proper County 'llfftcer shall cause to be posted to the tax rolls. in the

column provtded therefor the amount of each of the assessments proposed to be levied
and co!leeted for said fiscal year as set forth in said report as confirmed.
The foregoing Resofution was duly and regularly adopted at a regut&r meeting of
the Council of the City of Palo Alto held on the~ 16 day of June, 1986, by the following vote:
AYES: Bechte1. Cobb, fletcher. Klein, Levy, Patitucci, Renzel,
Woo 11 ey
NOES: None
ABSTENTIONS: Hone
ABSENT: Cobb
