That certain agreement entitled ·AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF PALO ALTO GOLF COURSE CORPORATION AND CITY OF PALO ALTO· dated -for convenience March 22, 1986, between the City and the Corporation, which is attached hereto as Attachment •o• and incorporated herein by this reference, is hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City. SECTION 2. The Council of the City of Palo Alto hereby finds that none of the provisions of this resolution will have a significant environmental impact.
