RESOLUTION NO. 6516
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
DESIGNATING THE CITY MANAGER CITY REPRESEN-
TATIVE REGARDING STATE GRAN'f FOR SUB-
REGIONAL ADVANCED WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto receives State grant monies for the
financing of the City's Subrenional Advanced Wastewater Treatment
Plant, pursuant to Project Grant No. C-06-1076-110;
WHEREAS, on April 2, 1979, the City Council by Resolution No. 5674
designated Steve Hayashi, Superintendent of the City Water Quality
Control Plant, as the City representative for said project grant;
WHEREAS, Mr. Hayashi was authorized as City representative for
such project to execute project change orders and payment requests on
behalf of the City of Palo Alto;
WHEREAS, Mr. Hayashi has terminated his employment with the City
of Palo Alto,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE
as follows:
SECTION l. The City Manager or his designee is hereby designated
the city representative, in the place of Mr. Steve Hayashi, for Project
Grant No. C-06-1076-110 with similar authority to execute project
change orders, payment requests, and other documents necessary for the
Close Out Phase of the project on behalf of the City of Palo Alto.
SECTION 2. The Council of the City of Palo Alto finds that this
is not a pro)ect under the California Environmental Quality Act and,
therefore, no environmental impact assessment is necessary.
