RESOLUTION NO. 6495
A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
CALIFORNIA AVENUE PARKING DISTRICT NO. 86-1
The City Counc11 of the City of Palo Alto, does RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. Pursuant to Resolution No. 6485 of this Council, adopted
on Jar:uary 20j 1986, notice has been duly given of the intention of this
Council to for the acquisitions and improvements described therein; and
Section 2. On Monday, February 24, 1986, this Co1Jnci1 conducted a
public hearing at which hearing, all persons desiring to be heard were given
an opportunity to be heard, and a 11 matters and things pertaining to said
acquisitions and improvements were fully heard ar.d considered by this
Council;
Section 3. Pursuant to said hearing, this Council determined to
change and modify the formula upon which the special assessments to be
levied to pay for the costs of said acquisftfons and improvements.
Section 4. Said proceed1ngs are hereby changed and modified to
exclude from the assessments to be levied only and all assessor's parcels of
land w1thin the California Avenue Parking Assessment District No. 86-1 used
exclusively for residential purposes and which parcels provide for parking
in accordance wfth applicable requirements of the City of Palo Alto
Section 5. In all other respects, safd proceedings and the mechod of
apportionment of assessment therein provided shal 1 remair: unchanged and
unmodified.

The foregoing Resolution was d1Jly and regu1ar1y adopted at a
regular meeting of the Council of the City of Palo Alto held on the 3rd day
of March , 1986, by the fol lowing vote:
