HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESO 6492'u RESOLUTION NO. 6492 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THECITY OF PALO ALTO ADOPTING THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE FOR DESIGNATED POSITIONS AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 2.09.010 OF THE PALO ALTO MUN::CIPAL CODE AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 6346 'WHEREAS, Section 2.09.010 requires that this Council adopt a list of designated positions and each position's required disclosure respon- sibilities for the Conflict of Interest Code for Designated Employees: and WHEREAS, in 1979, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 5738 enumerating designated positions and disclosure responsibilities for each designated position# and WHEREAS, in 1985, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 6346 to include additional positions in this list of designated employees1 and WHERE~S, n~w officers and employees have been added to and deleted from City staff, and duties and responsibilities among existing officers and employees have shifted, and the Council desires to chan9~ and augment the list of designated positions to reflect these changes: NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows: SECTION 1. That Resolution No. 6346 is hereby repealed. SECTION 2. That the following positions are designated positions for the City of Palo Alto's Conflict of Interest Code for o~signated Employees.
