RESOLUTION OP THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALC ALTO
AMENDING THE COMPENSATION PLAN FOR MANAGEMENTT PER-
SONNEL AND COUNCIL-APPOINTED OFFICERS ADOPTED BY
RESOLUTION NO. 6416 TO ADD THE CLASSIFICATION OF
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Article
III of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Compensation Plan
adopted by Resolution No. 6416 is hereby amended effective February 10,
1986.
SECTION 2. The Compensation Plan, as adopted by Resolution No.
6416, is amended by adding the classification of senior Accountant as
shown on Exhibit •A• attached hereto.
SECTION 3. Except as amended herein, all of the terms and provi-
sions of Resolution No. 6416 shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 4. The Council finds that this is not a project under the
California Environmental Quality Act and, therefore, no environmental
impact assessment is necessary.
