RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF ThE CITY OF
PALO ALTO ACCEPTING AND APPROVING CITY'S
WITHDRAWhL FROM THE HAAS-KINGS PROJECT
The Counci 1 of the City of Palo Al to does hereby RESOLVE as
follows:
SECTION 1. The City of Palo Alto accepts and approves the NCPA
and Pro]ect percentages sho11m in the attached table for the revised
Haas-Kings Project, notwithstanding the provisions of the Second Phase
Agreement for that Project. Nothing herein shall wave the City of Palo
Alto's right as a reducing Party to a share of any payment previously
made to NCPA under paragraph 10. 2 of the "Haas-Kings River Project
Licensing Application Agreement", dated as of September 1, 1982.
SECTION 2. The Council finds that none of the provisions of this
resolution will have a significant environmental impact.
