RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP -PALO ALTO APPROVING
AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF WESTERN AREA POWER ADMINISTRATION
CONTRACT NO. DB-MS65-86WP59048, •arLL CREDITING
CONTRACT WITH CUSTOMERS OF THE CENTRAL VALLEY PROJECT•
WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto has agreed to accomodate the United
States of America, acting through the Administrator, Western Area Power
Administration, an agency of the Department of Energy, hereinafter cal-
led Western, as set forth in Western's Contract No. DE-MS65-86WP59048:
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE
as follows:
SECTION 1. Western' s Contract No. DE-MS6 5-86WP5904B, "Bi 11
Crediting Contract With Customers of the Central Valley Project• by and
between Western and the City of Palo Alto is hereby approved and the
Mayor is author:ized to execute same on behalf of the City of Palo
Alto.
SECTION 2. The Council finds that none of the prov1s1ons of this
resolution will have a ~ignif icant environmental impact.
