RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE PALO ALTO COMPREHENSIVE PLAN BY
AMENDING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE PROPERTIES
AT 800 CHARLESTON, 725 SAN ANTONIO ROAD AND
4151 MIDDLEFIELD ROAD TO MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENCE
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a review and
on November 6, 1985, held a properly-noticed public hearing to
consider amendment of the Palo Alto Comprehensive PlanJ and
WHEREAS, the City Council, on January 13, 1986, held a
properly-noticed public hearing to conside1:' amendment to the Palo
Alto Comprehensive Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION l. The Council finds that changed conditions and the
public interest, health, safety and welfare require amendment to
the Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan as set forth in section 2 hereof.
SECTION 2. The Counc i 1 hereby amends the Palo Al to Compre-
hensive Plan as follows:
Land Use Plan Map
(a) Th.e land use designation of the property at
800 Charleston is changed from Light Industrial to
Multiple Family Residence, as shown on the map attached
hereto as Exhibit •A 11 and incorporated herein by this
reference.
(b) The land use designation of the properties at
725 San Antonio Road and 4151 Middlefield Road is
changed from Service Commercial to Multiple Family Resi-
dence, as shown on the map attached hereto as Exhibit
•A• and incorporated herein by this reference.
