EXPRESSING APPRtCIATION TO
RUTH WILSON
FUR OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE AS A MEMBER OF
THE HISTORIC RESUUKCES BOARD
WHEl{EAS, Ruth Wilson has served the City of
member of the Historic Resources Board from May 31,
1985; and
Palo Alto as a
1985 to July 11,
WHE~EAS, Ruth Wilson has yiven unselfishly of her time, talents,
and l<nowledye of historic preservation to assist in the protection,
enhancement, perpetuation, and use of buildings and neighborhoods of
historic and architectural siynificance which contribute to the
aesthetic benefit of Pdlo Alto; and
WHEREAS, Ruth Wilson has made a significant personal contribu-
tion tu the community through her diligent and conscientious efforts
as a member of the Historic Resources Board; and
WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto wishes to recognize the service
of Kuth Wilson.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, tnat the Council of the City of
Palo Alto hereby gratefully records its appreciation, as well as the
aµpreciation of the citizens of the community, for outstanding public
service rendered oy Ruth Wilson.
