RESOLUTION NO. 6440
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF THE "TRANSMISSION AGENCY OF NORTHERN CALIFORNlA, PROJECT AGREEMENT
NO. 2 FOR THE CALIFORNIA-OREGON TRANSMISSION PROJECi AMONG THE TRANSMISSION
AGENCY OF MORTHERN CALIFORNIA, ET AL."
Tne Council of the City of Palo Alto does hereby RESOLVE as follows:
The "Transmission Agency of Northern California, Project Agreement No. 2 for the
California-Oregon Transmission Project Etc." is hereby approved, such approval
intended to be and being limited to the approval required by paragraphs 6 and 15 of
the •Joint Powers Agreement Transmission Agency of Northern Californiau. dated
November 27, 1984. The approval authorized by this Resolution is not intended to be
and shall not constitute an authorization pursuant to section 6547 of the California
Government Code which was given with Ordinance No. 3641. T~e Mayor and City Manager
are authorized to execute Project Agreement No. 2 on beha1f of the City of Palo
Alto.
