RESOLUTION NO. ;4~i RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THTY OF PALO ALTO
ADOPTING SALARIES FOR COUNCIL-APPOINTED OFFICERS
AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 5947
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Charter authority of the City of Palo
Alto, the salaries of council-appointed officers shall be as set forth
in Exhibit •A• attached hereto effective June 22, 1985.
SECTION 2. Said salaries shall be a part of the Management Com-
pensation Plan adopted by Resolution No. 6416 which shall be continued
in all other respects.
SECTION 3. The Director of Finance hereby is authorized to imple-
ment the salaries set forth in Section 1 above in his preparation of
forthcoming payrolls and to make retroactive adjustments as required.
SECTION 4. Resolution No. 5947 hereby is rescinded.
SECTION s. The Council finds that this is not a project under the
California Environmental Quality Act and, therefore,. no environmental
impact assessment is necessary.
