RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING CHAPTER 7 OF THE MERIT SYSTEM RULES AND
REGULATIONS BY DELETING SECTION 709
Tne Council of the City of Palo Alto hereby RESOLVES as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 709 of the City of Palo Alto Merit System
Rules and Regulations is hereby deleted.
SECTION 2. The Council finds that none of the provisions of this
resolution will have a significant environmental impact.
