RESOLUTION NO. 6403 ------RESOLUTION UF COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SCHEDULES W-1 AND W-1-0 OF THE
CITY OF PALO ALTO UTILITIES RATES AND CHARGES
PERTAINING TO GENERAL WAT~R SERVICE
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12.20.010 of the Palo Alto Muni-
cipal Code, Schedule W-1 (General Water Service) of the Palo Al to
Utilities Rates and Charges is hereby amended to read as shown on
Sheet W-1-1, attached hereto and inco1·porated herein1 Schedule W-1-0
(Gene1al Water Service) is hereby deleted.
3ECTION 2. This Council finds that the revenue derived from the
authcrized adjustments of said rates by the City Manager shall be used
onl•, for the purposes set forth in the Palo Alto City Charter, Article
VJ~, Section 2, entitled ~Public U~ilities Revenue•. The adoption of
this resolution, is, therefore, specifically exempted under Public
Resources Code Section 21080(b)(8) from the requirements of CEQA.
SECTION 3. The foregoing changes shall become effective July 1,
1985.
