RESOLUTION Of THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE COMPENSA.TION PLAN POR CLASSIFIED
PERSONNEL (SEIU) ADOPT~D BY RESOLUTION NO. 6389 TO
ADD THREE NEW CLASSIFICATIONS AND REFLECT CHANGES
IN TITLES OF EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS

The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. Purs':.Jant to the provisions of Section 12 of Article
III of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Compensation Plan
adopted by Resolution Noc 6389 hereby is amended as a result of the
adoption of the 1985-86 budget.
SECTION 2. The Compensation Plan as adopted by Resolution No.
6389 fiereby is amended as set forth in Exhibit ftA" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 3. Except as amended herein, all of the terms and provi-
sions of Resolution No. 6389 shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 4. The Council finds that this is not a project under the
California Environmental Quality Act and, therefore, no environmental
impact assessment is necessary.
