A RESOLUTION OF TBE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO APPROVING
AND ATHORIZING EXECUTION OF A •pROJECT AGREEMENT TP.ANSMISSION
AGIMCY OP NORTHERN CALIFORNIA•, FORM-DATED JONE 19, 1985
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does hereby RESOLVE as
follows:
The •project Agreement Transmission Ag-ency of Northern Califor-
nia•, form-dated June 19, 1985, is hereby approved, such approval in-
tended to be and being limited to the approval required by paragraphs 6
and 15 of the •Joint Powers Agree•ent Transaission Agency of Northern
Califoria•, dated November 27, 198•. The approval authorized by this
Resolution is not intended to be and shall not constitute an authorisa-
tion pursuant t~ section 6547 of the California Government Code. The
Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the Project Agreement
on behalf of the City of Palo Alto.
