A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL
OF THE CITY Of PALO ALTO
CONFIRMING ENGINEER'S REPORT
ANO ASSESSMENT ROLL
UNIVERSITY AVENUE LOT J PARKING GARAGE
PROJECT NO. 82-33 FOR FISCAL YEAR 1985-86
The COunc11 of the C1ty of Palo Alto, does RESOLVE as follows:
Sectfon 1: After proceed1 ngs to that end duly had and talc.en pursuant
to the Palo Alto Munic1pa1 Code. a pub11c heartng has been du1y held on the
Engtneer• s Report and assessment roll prepared for the above fhcal year to
pay the pr1nc1pa1 and f nterest on bonds hsued pursuant to Resol ut1on of
Intention No. 6257, adopted by the Council of the Cfty of P~lo Alto on Hay 21,
1984;
Sect1on 2: This Counc11 has heard all persons hav1 ng an t nterest 1 n
any real property within the parKlng assessment distrfct; has heard all
objecttons, protests or other written connunications from any persons
interested 1n the real property wHh1n sa1d dfstr1ct; has taken and received
oral and documentary evidence perta1 n1 ng to the matters con ta. t ned 1 n sa1 d
report; has remedted and corrected ar:y errors or 1nforma11t1es tn the report
and revised and corrected any of the acts or determ1 nat1ons of the vartous
City off\c,als as contatned theretn; and is fully 1nformed 1n the premtses;
Sect1on 3: That sa1d Engineer 1 s Report and assessment rol 1. and each
of the assessments there1n as duly revised and corrected, is hereby approved
and C\Jnf1 rmed.
Sect1on 4: That sa1d report together wHh the certif1 cate of the C1ty
Clerk as to the fact and date of approval by this Counctl. shall forthwith be

de 1 'vered to the County of 5anta Clara. and the proper County off1 cer sha 11
cause to be posted to the tu rolls, \n the column prov,ded therefor, the
amount of each of the assessments proposed to be 1ev1ed and collected for sa1d
fiscal year as set forth 1n sa'd report as conftrmed.

The foregoinq Re sol ut1on was duly and regularly adopted at a regular
meet1ng of the Counctl of the C1ty of Palo Alto held on the 10th day of June,
1985, by the following vote:
AYES: Bechcel, Cobb, Fletcher, Klein, Levy, Renzel, Sutorius,
Witherspoon, Woolley
NOES: None
ABSTENTIONS: None
ABSENT: .vone
