CONFIRMING ENGINEER1 S REPORT
ANO ASSESSMENT ROLL
UNIVERSITY AVENUE AREA OFF-STREET PARKING
PROJECT NO. 75-63 FOR FISCAL YEAR 1985-86

The Council of the C1ty of Palo Alto. does RESOLV~ as follows:
Sect1on 1: After proceedf ngs to that end duly had and taken pursuant
to the Palo Alto Hun1ctpa1 Code, a public hearing has been duly held on the
Engineer's Report and assessment roll prepared for the above fhcal year to
pay the pr1nctpa1 and tnterest on bonds issued pursuant to Resolution of
Intent1on No. 5242. adopted by the Counctl of the Ctty of Palo Alto on August
9. 1976;
Section 2: Th1s Counctl has heard all persons hav1ng an interest tn
any real property ~1thtn the park1ng assessment dtstrtct; has heard all
object1ons. protests or other wrttten communicattons from any persons
t nterested t n the rea 1 property w1 th1 n sa 1 d d1str1 ct; has taken and recehed
oral and documentary evidence pertatntng to the matters conta1ned tn satd
report; has remed1ed and corrected any errors or tnforu11ttes tn the report
and rev1 sed and corrected any of the acts or determtnat,ons of the various
C1ty offtc1als as contained therein; and 1s fully 1nformed tn the premtses;
Sectton 3: That satd Eng1neer 1 s Report and assessment roll. and each
of the assessments there1 n as duly rev1 sed and corrected. 1 s hereby approved
and confirmed.
Section 4: That satd report together wtth the certif1cate of the Ctty
Clerk as to the fact and date of approval by thh Council. shal 1 forthwHh be

cause to be posted to the tax rolls, In the column provided therefor, the
amount of each of the assessments propo~ed to be levied and collected for sa1d

1985. by the followtng vote:
