CONFIRMIN~ ENGlNEER'S REPORT
ANO ASSESSMENT ROLL
UNIVERSITY AVENUE AREA CIVIC CENTER
OFF-STREET PARKING PROJECT NO. 66-08
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1985-86
The Counc11 of the Clty of Palo Alto. does RESOLVE as follows;
Sect ton 1: After proceedings to that end duly had and taken pursuant
to the Palo Alto Mun1cfpa1 Code a public hear1ng has been duly held on the
Eng 1 neer' s Report and assessment ro 11 prepared for the above f hca 1 year to
pay the pr1nc1pa1 and 1nterest on bonds 1ssued pursuant to Resolution of
Intent1on No. 3896, adopted by the Counc\1 of the City .>f Palo Alto on June
13, 1966;
Sectton 2: Thh COUncn has heard all persons having an interest 1n
any real property w1th1n the park1ng assessment distrtct has heard all
objecttons, protests or other wr1tten commun1cat1ons from any persons
1 nterested 1 n the rea 1 property w1th1 n sa 1 d dhtrt ct: has taken and rece, vtd
oral and documentary ev1dence pertain1ng to the matters contained tn said
report; has remedted and corrected any errors or informal ittes tr. the report
and rev1sed and corrected any of the acts or determ1nat1ons of the vartous
Ctty offtctals as conta1ned therein; and ts fully 1nformed 1n the prem1ses;
Sectton 3: That satd Engineer's Report and assessment roll and each of
the assessments theret n as duly rev1sed and corrected ts hereby approved and
conflr•d.
Sect ton 4: That sat d report together with the cert1ftcate of the City
Clerk as to the fact and date of approval by thts COUnc11, shall forthwtth be

de 11 vered to the County of Santa Clara and the proper County off1 cer sha 11
cause to be posted to the tax rolls. 1n the column prov1ded therefor, the
amount of each of the assessments proposed to be levfed and collected for satd
f1scal year as set forth 1n said report as conf1rmed .

The forego1ng Resolut1on was duly and regularly adcpted at a regular
meet1ng of the Council of the City of Palo Alto held on the 10th day of June,
1985, by the following vote:
AYES: Bechtel, Cobb, Fletcher, Klein, Levy, Renzel, Sutorius,
Witherspoon, Woolley
NOES: None
