A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
CONFIRMING ENGINEER 1S REPORT
AND ASSESSMENT ROLL
CALIFORNIA AVENUE OFF-STREET PARKING
PROJEC: ~~-71-63 FOR FISCAL YEAR 1985-86
The Counc11 of the City of Palo Alto, does RESOLVE as follo~s:
Sect1on 1: After proceed,ngs to that end duly had and taken pursuant
to the Palo Alto Mun1c1pa1 Code, a pubHc hear1ng has ..,een duly held on the
Eng1neer 1 s Report and assessment rol 1 prepared for the above fl sea 1 year to
pay the pr1nc1pa1 and interest on bonds hsued pursuant to Resolut1on of
Intention No. 4993. adopted by the Counc11 of the C1t./ of Palo Alto on
September 10, 1974;
Sectton 2: This Counc11 has heard all persons having an 1nterest 1n
any real property w1th1n the parking assessment d1strtct; has heard all
objections. protests or other written c01R1Un1cat1ons from any persons
tnterested tn the real property w1th1n said d1strfct. has taken and reci!hed
oral and documentary ev,dence pertaining to the matters conta1ned 1n satd
report; has remedied and corrected any errors or 1nformal 1ttes tn the report
and rev1 sed and corrected any of the acts or determ1nat1ons of the var,ous
C1ty officials as contained therein; and 1s fully 1nformed 1n the premfses;
Sectton 3: That sa1d Engtneer 1 s Report and assessment roll, and each
of the assessments therein as duly revtsed and corrected, 1s hereby approved
and conf1r•d.

Sect1on 4: That sa1d report together with the cert1ficate of the City
Clerk as to the fact and date of approval by th1s Counc11, shall forthwith be
delivered to the County of Santa Clara, and the proper County off1cer shal 1
cause to be posted to the ta.x rolls. 1n the column provided therefor, the
amount of each of the assessments proposed to be levied and collected for said
f1scal year as set forth 1n said report as conf~rmed .

The foreg<()1 ng Re sol ut1on was duly and regularly adopted at a regular
meeting of the Counc11 of the C1ty of Palo Alto held on the 10th day of June,
1985, by the following vote:
AYES: Bechtel, Cobb, Fletcher, Klein, Levy, P.enzel, Sutorius,
Witherspoon, Woolley
NOES: None
ABSTENTIONS: None
ABSENT: None
