A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
CONFIRMING ENGINEER'S REPORT
AND ASSESSMENT ROLL
CALIFORNIA AVENUE PARKING GARAGE
PROJECT NO. 65-09 FOR FISCAL YEAR 1985-86
The Council of the C1ty of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1: After proceed,ngs to that end duly had and taken pursuant
to the Palo Alto Mun1ctpal Cods, a public hearing has been duly held on the
Eng1neer's Report and assessment roll prepared for the above f1sta1 year to
pay the prtnctpal and tnterest on bonds 1ssued pursuant to Resolut1on of
Intentton No. 3950, adopted by the Counc11 of the Ctty of Palo Alto on January
3, 1967;
Section 2: Thh Counc11 has heard al 1 persons having an \nterest \n
any real property vtth1n the park1ng assess111ent distr1ct; has heard all
objections. protests or other wr,tten coanun1cat1ons from any persons
interested 1n the real property w1thtn satd dhtr,ct; has taken and rece1ved
oral and docUA1entary ev,dence pertatntng to the Matters contained 1n sa1d
report has remedted and corrected any errors or 1nforma.11t1es fn the re~ort
and rev1sed and corrected any of the acts or deter•tnattons of the various
C1ty off1ctals as contatned therein. and ts fully tnfor111ed tn the premtses;
Section 3: That sa1d Engineer's Report and assesSlltent roll, and each
of the assessments there1 n as duly revised and corrected, 1s hereby approved
and conf!r111ed.
Section 4: That said report together wUh the certificate of the Ctty
Clerk as to the fact and date of approval by thts Counc11~ shall forthwith be
de H vered to the County of Santa Clara. and the proper County of fl cer s ha 11

The foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted at a regular
meettng of the Counctl of the Ctty ~f Palo Alto held on the lOtli day of June.
1985, by the following vote:

Witherspoon, Woolley
