RESOLUTION NO. 6391
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL O~ THE CITY OF
PALO ALTO ESTABLISHING A SYSTEM IMPROVE-
MENT RESERVE FOR THE WATER 1-~UNO.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto dedires to establish
a system improvement reserve for the water fund to aid in funding capi-
tal projects, other extraordinary planned expenditures, and to provide
financial resources for future planning;
NOW, THERgFO~E, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does hereby
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. There is hereby established a System Improvement Re-
serve for t~e Water Fund.
