A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PALO ALTO OVERRULING PROTESTS
PARK BOULEVARD UNDERGROUND UTILITies
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 28
The Council of the City of Palo Al to, County of Santa Clara,
California, does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. That on March 4, 1985, this Council adopted Resolution
No. 63s7, A Resolution of Intention to Make Acquisitions and
Improveaents1
SECTION 2. That notice of the time and place of hearing protests
in relation to said proposed acquisitions and improvements was duly
given and all written protests and other written communications were
publicly read at said hearing and all persons desiring to be heard were
fully heard1
SECTION 3. That protests against said acquisitions and improve-
ments, and/or matters related thereto, were not signed and duly filed
by the owners of a aajority or more of the area of the lands within the
asaessaent district, or of the area of the lands within the assessa•nt
district assessed for the costs and expenses of said acquisitions and
improveaents.
SECTION 4. That any such protests, and each of them, are over-
ruled.
