A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL Of THE CITY OF
PALO ALTO OVERRULING PRUTESTS
CAMBRIDGE AVENUE UNDERGROUNLl LlTILITIES
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 27
The Council of the City of Palo Alto, County of Santa Clara,
California, does RESOL\1~ as follows:
SECTION 1. That on February 11, 1985, this Council adopted Reso-
lution No. 6348, A Resolution of Intention to Make Acquisitions and
Improvements i
SECTION 2. That notice of the time and place of hearing ~retests
in relation to said proposed acquisitions and improvements was duly
given and all written protests and other wt"ittert ~1):ruttunications were
publicly read at said hearing and all persons desiring to be heard were
fully heard1
SECTION 3. That protests ayainst said acquisitions and impro'1e-
ments, and/or matters related theceto, wece ~ot signed and duly filed
by the owners of a majority or more of the area of the lands within the
assessment district, or of the area of the lands within th~ dSSessment
district assessed for the costs and expenses of said acquisitions and
improvements.
SECTION 4. That any such protasts, and each of them, are over-
ruled.
