RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO
FAYE R. PODESTA
UPON HER RETIREMENT
WHEREAS. Faye R. Podesta retired on l\pril 30, 1985 as Lead
Control/Accounting Specialist for the Treasury Division of the Finance
O epa rtmen t; and
WHEREAS, Faye R. Podesta was employed for 28 cont 1 nuous years
with the City of Palo Alto; and
WHEREAS, Faye R. Podesta's knowledge and abilitfes made her an exceptional employee and coworker~ and
WHEREAS, Faye R. Podesta• s personal service to t~e hundreds of
individuals who transacted business at the City's Revenue Co11e¢tions
office was unexcelled; and
WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto desires to recognize her superior work
and acknowledges the loss of a respected and dedicated employee.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Palo Alto hereby gratefully records its appreciation f~r the citizens
of this comaunity for outstanding service rendered by Faye R. Podesta
during her 28 years of e•ployment, and extends its sincere wishes for
a healthy and prosperous retirement.
