HONORABLE CITY COUNCIL City of Palo Alto SUBJECT: Interviews of Candidates for the Parks and Recreation Commission for Four Terms Ending December 31, 2012. Dear Council Members: Six applications were received for the Parks and Recreation Commission. By a vote of the Council, all six applicants have been scheduled for interviews in the Council Conference Room on January 26, 2010. Parks and Recreation Commission applicants to be interviewed are as follows:

Daria Walsh 6:00
Ed Lauing 6:10
Attached please find correspondence from Matt Robinson who will be out of town during the interviews, but has not withdrawn his application. The City Council will vote to appoint four Parks and Recreation Commissioners to the three-year terms ending December 31, 2012 at the City Council Meeting, February 1, 2010. Respectfully submitted,
