RESOLUTION NO. 6349
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CifY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE COMPENSA'l'ION PLAN FOR MANAGEMENT PER-
SONNEL AND COUNCIL-APPOINTED OFFICERS ADOPTED BY
RESOLUTION NO. 6303 AND AMENDED BY RESOLUTION NO.
6317 AND RESOLUTION NO. 6344, TO ADD THE CLASSI-
FICATION OF MANAGER OF ACCOUNTING
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Article
III of the Charter o.: the City of Palo Alto, the Compensation Plan
adopted by Resolution No. 6303 and amended by Resolution No. 6317 and
Resolution No. 6344, is hereby amended effective February 11, 1985.
SECTION 2. The Compensation Plan, as adopted by Resolution No.
6303 and amended by Resolution No. 6317 and Resolution No. 63441 is
further amended by adding the classification of Manager of Accounting
as shown on Exhibit A attached hereto.
SECTION 3. Except as amended herein, all of the terms and pro-
visions of Resolution No. 6303 and Resolution No. 6317 and Resolution
No. 6344 shall reaain in full force and effect.
SECTION 4. The Council finds that this is not a project under the
California Environmental Quality Act anJ, therefore, no environmental
impact assessment is necessary.
