ORIGlNAL RESOLUTION NO. 6346 RESOLUTION OP THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO ADOPTING THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE FOR DESIGNATED POSITIONS AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 2.09.010 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL COD€ AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 6225 WHEREAS, Sect;ion 2.09.010 requires that this Council adopt a list of designated positions and each positior.'s required disclosure respon- sibilities for the Conflict of Interest Code for Designated Employees; and WHEREAS, in 1979, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 5738 enumerating designated positions and disclosu?:e responsibilities for each designated positjon; and WHEREAS, in 1984, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 6225 to include additional positions in this list of designated employees1 and WHEREAS, new officers and employees have been added to and deleted from City staff, and duties and responsibilities among existing officere and employees have shifted1 and WHEREAS, the Council desires to change and augment the list of designated positions to reflect the changes in the Administrative Code; NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follow~: SECTION 1. That Kesolution No. 6225 i& hereby repealed. SECTION 2. That the following positions are designated positions for the City of Palo Alto's Conflict of Interest Code for Designated Employees.
